Comments about K2 Snowboarding Vandal Wide:
Hands down my favorite beginner-intermediate board. I owned the 2009 148wide. At the time I weighed 120, 5'5'' and I was 18. This board is great. It has lots of pop and the reverse camber just helps you stick to those rails so clean. However, it does make it harder to lock in those deep carves, but then again; this board is for that adventurous kid that wants to start hitting the park. It pops well and jibs perfect. In the last year, I really threw everything I could at this board; riding over rocks, grinding trees, locking into deep butters, and I still couldn't manage to destroy this board! It's truly built tough. I do wish it was a little softer, but too soft, and everything would just wash out from under you. Overall great starter board at an even greater price.

Merchant response: Our Vandal WIDE boards will be wider than an adult normal width board. We make these boards for kids that have bigger feet.
The Anagram 147 should be the board for you if you do not have bigger feet.
